In my journey in the specialty coffee world I meet a lot of methods for brewing coffee using many brewing tools, the simples , complex , traditional and the modifier , finally the purpose of all this methods is reach to cup of joy , But in my opinion the most tool I loved is “V60” It’s like a magic that captures my soul and at the beginning of my experience of “V60” didn’t impress me that much maybe because I headed to place that didn’t understand the “V60” .

Only after my visit to Japan I meet the “V60” again just like I never try it before ! I reach my impressing point this tool after visiting KOFFEE MAMEYA Cafe which is located in Tokyo.The experience was distinctive due to the diversity of coffee beans from the best international roasters and the baristas experience in the preparation of coffee, which strives to extract the tastiest flavors using “V60” , What is really special in this place they give customers the opportunity to enjoy explaining how to prepare there own coffee by the same experience at home by themself , The experience of the place and they concept make me adore the exterior flavors of the “V60” with talking deep chat with the barista without boredom or a feeling that I’m wasting his time , Because the experience is not like buying any cup of coffee, It’s combines learning something new with delicious taste and something of physics and chemistry so that touching within my soul and urging me to go deeper into “V60” so I don't stop urging people to try “V60” the soul of coffee.
